4. Samples & Approval

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary due to material availability, production requirements, shipping, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Payments
Payment terms, deposits, balances, and other financial conditions will be communicated and agreed upon before production. Orders may not proceed until the required payment has been received.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers must have the necessary rights or authorization to use any logos, artwork, designs, trademarks, or other intellectual property provided to 14 FORCE for manufacturing.
